2. How Long Does A Typical Roofing Project Take To Complete?
The process usually takes between 2 – 8 weeks to complete from when you agree to hire us to final approvals. First, we pull any required permits. Then, we order supplies from our manufacturing partners. Finally, we schedule and perform all tear-off and installation services. Once your new roof is complete, we clean the worksite and obtain final inspection approvals.
3. What Qualifications Do You Have To Work As A Roofing Contractor?
As a Florida roofing contractor, we are state-certified, fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We also are a GAF-Certified Roofing Contractor and hold an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
4. How Much Experience Do You Have In Roofing?
We possess more than 30 years of roofing knowledge and experience. Unlike many other contractors who dabble in roofing occasionally, Cathedral Roofing focuses exclusively on roofing. We handle residential and commercial roof replacement, restoration, and repair. We are certified to work with shingle, metal, tile, and flat roofs.

6. What Kind Of Warranty Can I Expect With My Roofing Project?
We work with the industry’s leading roofing suppliers to provide the best manufacturer warranties. In most cases, you will receive either a lifetime (typically for asphalt shingle roofing) or a 50-year (typically for metal or tile) limited warranty from the product manufacturer.
